Name: Isabella Lizabet Dimitvitch
Nickname(s): Bella ll Belles
Age: Seventeen
House: Bloody Proud Slytherin
Physical Description: Bella certainly seemed to have received the looks in which her family is quite known for. Along with the vast riches she will one day inherit, Bella has inherited her mother's dark hair. A shade of black, in direct sunlight, it seems to glitter. Isabella hates the fact that it's always so straight and perfect. It's glossy and cut right above the halfway point on her back. Course, as a rebellious teenager, Bella also went through the 'want to look nothing like you' stage. Actually, she's still in it. From time to time, you'll see dark blue streaks in her hair. And when this happens, you'll rarely see her out in public for her parents find it humiliating. She usually wears her hair down as if to cover her face from the world. If not, it's usually tied up in a half ponytail. It's very rare for her hair to be tied up completely in some fashion. She has the annoying habit of putting her hair behind her ears and twirling it.
From her father, Isabella received her fair coloring. Sometimes thought as abnormally pale, her complexion is very light. An almost translucent shade of peach, her mother insists that Isabella get some sunlight every now and then. Which she does very reluctantly, only because she doesn't want to be any more of a problem than she already is. Besides, she looks more alive with a tan which she gets quite easily. It usually takes only an hour or so to get her looking a healthy golden color. Though, usually in the winter, she emanates a glow in the moonlight. She also received her mother's petite size. Bella's rather small for her age standing at 5"3. Many heads tower over her when she walks in a crowd. Yet, she doesn't disappear. She walks with her head up high and shoulders back, acting like she owns the room. This makes her the one everyone wants to look at. It's as if she's in a magnetic field with her being the core.
The Dimitvitch's, have always been known for their odd eye coloring. A century ago, one of Isabella's grandfather's married someone with the exact, distinct shade. From then - it was if a union of two exact eye colored people in the past, ensured that their heirs would not get this trademark. That is, until now. Bella, had been the winner of a genetic lottery. Her eyes are the most striking feature on her face. A mocking, deep steel coloring, they're intense and look as if they could burn a hole right through steel, they tend to light up when she's either very mad or very happy. They're surrounded by dark lashes and are rather big. Though she doesn't need much make-up, they're usually surrounded with black kohl to make them pop out even more.
She has highly refined features that make her look of importance. Her back is always straight for she was taught that if you showed no fear, you will be feared. Which she definitely is by many people. She has a devious smile and has a charming attitude that makes her one of them, yet special in her own way. She's thin, yet not in a way that makes her look disgusting. And most of her friends tease her about her feet, which had very small. "Fairy Feet" they call them. She has rosy red lips that only need clear gloss to top it off. And her high cheekbones turn and elegant shade of pink when embarrassed. To sum it all up, Anna gives off the air of perfection, which she aims for.
Personality: Isabella, has a heart of ice.... She doesn't care if you're "important" or "pure", but how she first sees you as, is going to leave an imprint in her mind forever. You can never erase it - even if you desperately want to. She isn't quick to judge, but sometimes, you think she has a magical eye that can noticed everything that most people don't. She sees flaws quickly for they are the first things that stand out when you see a person for the first time. Some people say she's difficult and can't understand anything she says for she speaks with wisdom beyond her age at times. Yet others say she's too shallow, acting dumb and ditzy. Isabella isn't the nicest girl at Hogwarts. Even though she holds charisma that makes even her worse enemies like her from time to time. Maybe its the way that she can be downright rude to someone, all cold, yet... still be charming in that little way of hers. or it might be the way she twirls her hair all the time or how she twirls around in circles when no one's around.
The first impression you'll get from Bella depends on what mood she's in, or where you are. For example, finding her in the great hall or the common room surrounded by a group close friends is where you'll see a mirror image of Isabella living her life. You'll noticed closely that though she looks in complete control - a small smile at her lips, hair perfect, her robes always crisp, a faint smell of apple blossoms - her intense dark gray eyes are somewhat dead. Flat, no twinkle, plain, pleading. Pleading for help to escape from what everyone expects of her..... But then you might catch her alone with a couple of the people she actually considers friends and you'll the looks to all her friends, the smirks, - her eyes cold with... with what? Hatred? Pity? Both? Then you get the attitude from her, making you easily think that she's just another snobby Slytherin who thinks she's better than everyone - even her friends.
Isabella, in short terms as most people describe her, is a rude and arrogant, vain young lady. She follows her own rules and does what she pleased, whenever she pleases. If she wants something, she goes after it and usually gets it. When in school, she smiles so much that the teachers trust her, thinking she's just the sweetest little doll. Which she is sometimes.... just not most of the time. She's not. She thinks she deserves the best and snaps at anyone who's not willing to step aside for her. Rumors start like a wild fire from her and secretly, everyone hates her. They think she's stuck up. But you won't catch them saying that to her face. Saying something rude and getting on Anna's bad side is more like sentencing you to a death sentence. She's stomp you down and ruin your life... do not get caught up in Bella's wrath.
She's rebellious by nature. Trying to bind her in ropes is usless, she'll always find a way to dodge something. She hates it when she's forced to do something and it takes the life out of her to do it. She's very flirty and usually can make the most loyal guys be tempted. She also has that annoying habit of throwing her head back and tugging on a locket that hangs around her neck. She's daunting and her eyes always seem to be daring you to come closer. Mood swinger, defines Isabella so much. One second she can be throwing books at you, the next, hugging you. She can fool you with her sweet looks and nature... even when she's sick, she's still perfect. But after 17 years of being perfect, wouldn't you start getting bored with it? And that's exactly what Annabelle is starting to do. She wants to be different so bad, but she isn't ready to be different. She'll never be ready. But everyone gets bored of putting on the same uniform day after day. Having the same ritual, same friends. Inside, she's longing to be free and wild. Isn't every girl?
Though Isabella tries to not fit in, she can't help but flirt up a storm. She's had a string of boyfriends and has many lined up. After all, who wouldn't ant to date her? Flirting, is one of her skills. She's never been able to commit to her boyfriends though. Switching practically daily. She seems to take some of her anger out on them. She's a perfect Slytherin - cunning, vile, sly. A role model for younger Slytherin students who want to live up to their houses name.
However perfect you think she is, she's not. I promise you that.
Strengths:
¡Ü Writing ;; Isabella has a hidden talent that she keeps to herself.... Though most people would be surprised to find this out. Isabella literally owns the world of parchment and ink. Every word she writes, every story.... comes to life in your mind. She can do anything with a quill - make you cry, make you laugh, make you scream. She has that hidden talent. this is the world where Isabella is truly free to be herself. She's very shy at this fact though. She doesn't brag about it.... keeping it under lock and key in a small chest under her bed. In it, a venomous snake which Isabella keeps as a pet.
¡Ü Smart ;; Again something that surprises people. But why shouldn't Bella be smart? She comes from an intelligent family.... Isabella, not only has the teachers' trust, but she knows that they truly like her. Only for the small fact that she's getting higher marks. Like Hermione Granger in Gryffindor. She doesn't act like a know it all, though sometimes speaks with wisdom laced through her words, making it sound like a riddle even though it's plain and simple for her to understand. She's like the Ravenclawish Slytherin in her year. This doesn't mean that Isabella doesn't have any fun at all, just staying in the library all the time studying her poor heart out. She doesn't even try to get good marks - usually found in class gossiping with her friends, passing notes, doodling or looking out the window day dreaming. It just all seems to make sense for Anna and stick in her mind.
¡Ü Keeping Her Real Self In ;; A task that sounds harder than it really seems. If Isabella showed the vulnerable side of her, everyone would eat her up, then spit her out without any care. She doesn't want them to see her how she really is. She needs them to see her for how she's not. She can't let them think she's common.... she has to be what they all think are, or else she'll be eliminated from the game. She has to be in complete control, let a wall of aloofness go in front of her all the time. She feels pain... the hurt shows in her eyes, but she hides it as well as she can. She hides everything beneath a mask that's not willingly coming off.
¡Ü Cunning && Sly ;; A perfect Slytherin as she is, she possesses trademark qualities that match up to Salazar himself. From being ruthless to being sly,Isabella once again proved that she's a bloody proud Slytherin and that she definitely belongs to this house. If you flip open a dictionary to the words cunning and sly, Isabella's name is written beside it. She has the skill of deception and having a good poker face definitely helps. She crafty and can change the way people think after she's through with them. Besides the fact that she can always talk herself out of trouble, Isabella can definitely stir it up. Her slyness sometimes reminds you of the evil character in a book. Course that's just her being a good Slytherin!
¡Ü Persistent ;; Once Isabella starts, nothing in the entire world can stop her. She needs to get the job done or else she has a sense of unsecurity. Besides, when she wants something, she definitely gets it. Even if it's totally off limits. When Isabella actually feels committed to something, she'll stay loyal to it. But if she's not tied down, she isn't the best girl you can trust with your secret or the best girlfriend to have seeing that she'll probably wind up cheating on you at some point or another. And if you don't agree to something.... she'll never rest until you do. Be very wary of trying to say no to Isabella.
¡Ü Stubborn ;; Isabella's stubborn. Which gets her in trouble half of the time. She doesn't like being told what to do and if you try, she won't do it. She only does most of the things she does because of what's in it for her - not for anybody else. She usually thinks of no-one but her every day. Most people she knows aren't important enough to be viewed as such by Isabella. For her very, very, few close friends, she may do small favors for them at times, but never will you ever see her being generous, usually being reserved. She won't back out of an argument either and won't settle for no for an answer half the time. She's too stubborn sometimes.
Weaknesses:
¡Ü General Weakness ;; Weakness. It's a filthy word on her tongue that she refuses to admit she has even though she does. For it's not in her dictionary today and it'll never be. Isabella sees weak people as dirt in the world who don't deserve to live. Weak people are usually connected to those nice people, who do everything to help the world and never felt the pain she has - whom she hates more than weakness. She hates bookworms who study their hearts out too. In conclusion, she hates anyone who doesn't fit into her idea of someone worth knowing: a pure blood, a Slytherin, popular and is pretty or handsome. And believe me, it's really hard to get into her nice books.
¡Ü Power ;; One look at her family and it'll probably tell you how this area affects Isabella the most. Her parents crave power and get as much as they can and expect Isabella to do the same. They push her, but there really isn't any need for that seeing that Isabella craves power as much as they do. It's one of her only weaknesses, for if you wave power in front of her nose, she'll turn towards you immediately. She loves power and she too wants every bit she can get her hands on.
¡Ü Love ;; Amour.... amour.... amour..... Love, is the language everyone understands. Everyone but Isabella that is. they say that love is one of the only things that connects people..... but Isabella doesn't see it that way. She sees it as a way of getting hurt. She goes after lust, not love. But if she does ever find some of it, she better keep it because that's probably the only bit she'll ever find. She's never felt the sense of secureness that most teenagers have felt at one point or another. But she's always be shuffled around or told to go away. She doesn't believe in complete families or perfect relationships. Most teenagers are lovesick fools as she thinks. But a little teeny part of her knows she wants to love... and to be loved.
¡Ü Pain && Suffering ;; Pain and suffering? Of who exactly? Isabella doesn't care about any other people's pain or suffering... she only cares about her own. She can handle physical pain rather easily, and most people think that she can barely feel emotional pain since she never shows it. No, she just hides it under her mask. She can't handle any kind of emotional pain and suffers greatly went she's hit with a blow. She keeps it all underneath until one day.... it might just explode.
¡Ü Death ;; Odd that she's had so many deaths in her family but still hates it. She hates everything around it, even if she wants to just die sometimes. She knows she seriously doesn't in the end..... Death is vile, gruesome and against everything Isabella is for... to a point. She hates the fact that if you die, you can't come back. You're gone.... forever. Leaving behind friends and family and make people miss you, if they do miss you. She hates the fact that she knows people aren't going to miss her, and that they'll be happy to see her gone. Besides, she doesn't want anyone taking her throne that's rightfully hers.
Personal History: Twas upon a cold winter's night that child was born. Both parents dark.... And pureblooded. It was yet, another pure blood union, thriving to try and make sure that purebloods would still exist. For the first seven months of her life, she was the joy in her both parents eyes. The Dimitvitch's turned themselves to be one of the wealthiest and purest families around. Grant Dimitvitch led the family into being the face of power in both the muggle and wizarding worlds, though never associating himself with the muggles. Investing in a large oil company, that soon grew larger under Grant's watchful eye. Silver Oil, is now one of the largest oil manufacturers in the world. So it was no wonder that he married Lisabeth Lillian, this blonde was part of the few remaining pureblooded finest families. Filthy rich, powerful and pure. Lisabeth, was a rather famous interior designer for both muggles and wizards. July 16th, the two were married and on December 27th , Isabella Lizabet Dimitvitch was born.
The day was perfect. Clear blue sky, sunshine streaming through. Abet, it was really cold. Perfect yet cold. Just like the girl that was born. She was born inside the Dimitvitch's Wilshire Mansion, huge like all the other ones down the road. A heirloom. They owned a hefty amount of land and from that day, Isabella's always been treated like a princess. The world revolved around her which sometimes made her older brother jealous. Isabella, had every child's toy imaginable and a fawning nanny who was with her 24/7. By the time she was three, Isabella had already been through the baby age and was now demanding dolls and clothes. She never really had the terrible two's... but she certainly was having the terrible threes. She demanded everything and if she didn't get it, she would cry and cry. Driving everyone crazy.
When Isabella was four, all her terribleness was fading away and the 'perfect' child was emerging. Everyone who met her said she was so lovely... and blah, blah, blah. Her parents had decided that she was now old enough to start coming with them to parties instead of just staying home with the nanny.
Time flew so fast in Isabella's parents eyes and as Isabella grew, her nanny had to say good bye and out came the tutors. Isabella was certainly a pretty girl and it was proved that she was smart too. Her parents wanted her, like Nathaniel, to have a head start in their education. Piano lessons, art lessons, horse back riding lessons.... history of magic lessons. Everything but practical magic. She couldn't have a wand till she started school.
She was brought up into a world where being perfect only existed. Ever since she took her first breath of air, Isabella, was like the doll of society. Her parents were both famous in their works as muggles and as wizards. Bella, was like the fraying end of their perfect life and all they wanted to do was mold her into the perfect child that could represent both the wizarding world and the muggle world.
After years of having both kids stay at home with their Nannies, , they saw what a burden they were and sent the siblings to live with their grandparents in Northern France at the age of 7. They continued their lessons and were taught with much discipline and force that soon, Bella became to rebel. At the age of 8, she was already running off to who knows where. At eleven, her grandparents came to a final decision, she would go to Belle Fleur Academy of Magic. Her brother had been sent to another school earlier. Once there, her grades flopped and everything. They too saw her as a burden and sent her back to her grandparents, expel-lining her for 'lack of performance.' This was once by the time she was 10 years old.
She was sent back to her parents home who sent her back to her grandparents, till they all sent her to live with her uncle and aunt in Southern Ireland. She was home schooled for 6 months, until Annabelle received a letter. For a school of which she had heard a great deal of, Hogwarts. The adults found this to be the perfect solution?it was just like dumping out the trash to them. It surprised Isabella though. Everyone thought she would of stayed a stupid squib after all the time she had spent with muggles. Her family had received a tiny amount of money for this purpose, but they would have to cough up some gold for her to go to Hogwarts prepared. At least she would be out of their hair for a while.
September 1st, a very remembered day. Isabella thought she was the odd one out, but many people looked worse than her. She had gone shopping by herself to Diagon Alley and all of her new stuff was packed away neatly in her trunk. She had her new robes on too. One of the scariest parts was getting on the train and looking for a seat amongst friends. She had gotten an empty compartment and only a sullen looking girl joined her. After the train though, she had to cross a lake to get to Hogwarts. When she had seen it for the first time, she swore she was dreaming. It was the prettiest thing she had ever seen in her life and for once, Isabella was very excited to go in.
The sorting was another experience she would never forget. She knew she was going to love Hogwarts as soon as she stepped inside the gates. The great hall was awesome too. The ugly hat had surprised her by talking and she stood there, fiddling with her black hair awaiting her name to be called. She had stood there contemplating which house she would be placed in. she had heard clippets of people's conversations and she was sure she would be in Hufflepuff. She knew her family was always placed in Slytherin? But she was the black sheep of the family. Her brother, when he had come here after being yanked out of his school to keep an eye on Isabella, was also placed in Slytherin.
"Dimitvitch, Isabella?" her name was called and she stepped up. She put the hat on and it talked to her for a very long time... it had told her that she would be good in any house. But what this mean exactly? Finally, it told her he would just stick to where her blood line was traced back to.. Isabella was a Slytherin.
After that, she had made many friends at Hogwarts. She soon grew very recognizable in the school and grew a reputation as a snob, which she wasn't. Her father was very proud of her being placed in Slytherin, though she saw neither parent for a long time. When she did go home on her 15th birthday, her father gave her a heavy gold locket in the shape of a heart. The Dimitvitch crest and motto engraved in the back. She never takes it off. Now, that's a trademark symbol of Isabella. That and her hair up in a messy knot.
And even though her blood is of darkness, she doesn't know where her heart is right now. Where her loyalties lie... Her father chooses not to explain a lot to her? He trying to follow in his ancestor, James Dimitvitch's footsteps. Her mother has also started keeping secrets from her entire family? Up to something fishy with the good side. Isabella has long proclaimed that she was a dark sider? But with everything changing, which side will she choose? And for what reasons? But for sure, Isabella hides everything inside. And sometimes, she feels like she's locked in a glass prison and it's ready to shatter at any moment.
